Field Management Once the survey is prepared, we proceed to the next stage of your project: Fieldwork. This is where the actual data collection takes place. Fieldwork is broken down into two parts:
Small-Outgo
Prior to a full deployment of invitations, PACER requires launching the survey to a test group on day 1. Once 10-15 interviews are complete, PACER will export a data file and check to make sure the correct sample is receiving invitations and confirm the survey is collecting data as intended. If there are no problems with the data, the test results will be included with the main data.
Main Launch
After reviewing the test results and addressing any issues we will proceed to the main launch. This step involves the full deployment of email invitations. From this point PACER will provide daily updates and proactively search for potential problems and bottlenecks that may negatively impact the timeline and or budget. PACER’s will alert to any suspected issues immediately and offer a suggested resolution.
